An annual highlight towards the end of the summer is the traditional Schueberfouer funfair, which begins at the end of August and attracts around 2 million visitors over the course of almost three weeks. Dishes like "gebakene Fësch" (fried fish) or "Eisekuchen" (large, rectangular and extra crispy waffles) reflect the local cuisine, while numerous international restaurants in the city serve food from around the world. Part of the tour is also a visit to various producers and family businesses that offer "Made in Luxembourg" products and supply the Grand Ducal Court.
